Our Tech Plan documents capture in detail all aspects of the production to ensure a well executed event. Crafting a well designed Tech Plan for distribution to clients, crew, vendors, engineers, venue managers, etc. is one of the keys to producing a successful broadcast event, by fostering a collaborative environment and getting everyone on the proverbial "same page".
PMTV’s typical Tech Plan covers every facet of the production, from pre-production elements, e.g. from pre production design and creation, to venue coordination for Parking, Power, Cabling, Camera and Announce Positions, Site Access, Permits, Security, Safety, Satellite & Fiber Access, Maps, Diagrams, Catering, etc. And of course detailing all elements of production inside the truck and venue, deployment and utilization of all specific equipment assignments, crew lists, work schedules, and dress codes. In addition, our experienced staff is routinely responsible for coordination with all other related vendors and departments e.g. other Broadcaster/Media groups, Networks Affiliates, Venue Liveboard or house Lighting/IMAG/Sound Systems, so as to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the entire production by all parties involved. PMTV can also provide comprehensive travel, hotel, and transportation booking services and documentation on request.
